General Warranty Claims

This form is for all warranty claims except for Ultra Residential Gas Boilers. To make a claim on an Ultra Residential gas boiler please use the Ultra Series warranty form.

Eligible products under general warranty include:

Indirect Water Heaters
All Commercial Boilers (call Weil-McLain Canada for CP information)

This form must be completed in full.

Stating "defective" is not a sufficient reason for return. Please describe the nature of the defect.
CP number is mandatory. If necessary, call customer service for assistance.

If all required information is provided and/or digital photos have been emailed, item(s) may not necessarily need to be returned. In this case hold all product until credit or notification has been issued.

The following terms and conditions apply:

Part will be no charge if the boiler is still under warranty
Shipping is the responsibility of the end user. The part will be shipped prepaid and charge.
Labour is still the responsibility of the owner

Special order or non-stock items may not be returned.
